Since 1883, as the oldest trade association in the construction industry, PHCC has been an advocate for plumbing, heating and cooling contractors. With approximately 3,700 members nationwide depend upon the association to lobby local, state and federal government for issues concerning their industry. PHCC also provides forums for networking, educational programs, and industry business support. While PHCC wishes to deliver the highest quality of services to their members, a major goal of the organization is to help members deliver the highest quality of products and services to their customers.
MISSION STATEMENT
The national level of the association’s mission statement is their guiding principle: “The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association is dedicated to the promotion, advancement, education and training of the industry for the protection of the environment and the health, safety, and comfort of society.”

PHCC is the oldest organization in the country with a proud heritage of 123 years! For a complete account of PHCC's history, a history book titled "A Heritage Unique" is available. . "This book was published in tribute to the contributions members of PHCC-National Association have made to the industry through- out the years," said Foundation Chairman Larry Howe.
